My side of an art trade with Beth (ravengurl on deviantart). Her character, Vanessa, a goth ninja. Shaded black and white rather than with color because my only reference was black and white. I didn't shade in her skin because she's a goth. Obviously shading in general is not my forte. It's very rough, unfortunately because I was experimenting with new drawing pencils. Beth, if you want something better, just ask.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. By the by I have Faith all sketched up as well as Kurt, but as for Jon he is no where to be found as my page was not large enough to accomadate him. So my question would be -- do you like Kurt or Jon better, or shall I just sketch Jon seperate and then photoshop him into the "group" picture?
